摘  要:以某W型压缩机的曲轴-滚动轴承系统为对象,采用多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS,研究了额定工况作用下计入运动副摩擦的曲轴-滚动轴承系统动力学行为。在ADAMS中建立计入运动副摩擦的弹性曲轴-滚动轴承动力学模型并求解,得到了相应的动力学参数及运动副上摩擦力的变化曲线。同时也揭示出压缩机机械效率的动态变化规律。计算结果表明运动副摩擦对主轴承反力、轴颈中心位移响应有显著影响。所得到的结论对提高压缩机的机械效率和动力学优化具有指导意义。The dynamic behaviors of a crankshaft-rolling bearing system in a W-type compressor with friction of joints are studied by ADAMS, which is a special software for dynamical simulation. The numerical solution is acquired. Then the dynamical simulating model with joint friction for the system is built in ADAMS and the crankshaft was treated as a flexible one. The dynamic response of kinetic parameters and friction curve with joints are obtained on rated operating condition. Dynamic variation of the mechanical efficiency of the compressor is also revealed. A significant effect of joins friction on dynamic reacting forces of the two rolling bearings and the crankshaft journal center displacement response.The simulation results are available to improve the dynamic optimization and mechanical efficiency of reciprocating compressor.
