摘 要:制备了两类壳聚糖-无机混杂膜(CS/C和CS/SiO2),考察了其对Pb2+的吸附能力。结果表明,壳聚糖与活性炭(或SiO2)的用量存在最佳配比;Freundlich方程更适合模拟CS/C膜的吸附,而Langmuir吸附模型能更准确地描述CS/SiO2膜的吸附;吸附过程均符合准二级动力学模型;CS/C膜具有较好的重复使用性能,而CS/SiO2膜用盐酸再生时发生溶蚀。当Pb2+初始质量浓度为3 780 mg/L时,CS/C膜(质量比5∶3)在pH=5.0、30℃下,48 h后吸附容量达181.35 mg/g。Two kinds of chitosan-inorganic hybrid films (CS/C or CS/SiO2) have been prepared, and their adsorption capacities for Pb2+ have been investigated. The results show that there is an optimal ratio between the amount of chitosan and activated carbon or SiO2. Freundlich equation is more suitable for the simulation of CS/C film adsorption, but Langmuir model is a more accurate description of CS/SiO2 film adsorption. The adsorption process is in line with the pseudo-second adsorption kinetics model. CS/C film has better reusability, but corrosion occurs when CS/SiO2 film is regenerated with hydrochloric acid. When the initial mass concentration of Pb2+ is 3 780 mg/L, the adsorption capacity of CS/C (its mass ratio is 5:3 ) reaches 181.35 mg/g, under the following conditions : pH=5.0, at 30 ℃, and after 48 h.
