摘 要:环氧树脂废水的盐分和有机物浓度很高,无法采用常规方法进行有效处理。采用催化湿式过氧化物氧化法(CWPO)处理环氧树脂废水,考察了氧化剂(H2O2)和催化剂(Fe2)投加量及投加方式、pH、反应温度和时间等对环氧树脂废水TOC去除效果的影响。结果表明,CWPO处理环氧树脂废水的适宜工艺条件为H2O275mL/L、FeSO4+7H206.5g/L、pH=3.0、温度90℃、反应时间200min。在氧化剂和催化剂总投加量相同的条件下,两者分多次投加时的TOC去除效果明显优于一次性投加.优化条件下进行中试发现.TOC为2500~2700mg/L的环氧树脂废水经CWPO工艺处理后,出水TOC稳定在150mg/L左右。可作为生产氯气和烧碱的原料。The concentration of salinity and organic pollutants in epoxy resin wastewater are rather high. It is impossible to treat the wastewater effectively by conventional methods. A catalytic wet peroxide oxidation (CWPO) process has been used for treating epoxy resin wastewater. The effects of the dosages and adding method of oxidant H202 and catalyst Fe2+, pH, reaction temperature, reaction time, etc. on the TOC removing effectiveness of e- poxy resin wastewater are investigated. The results show that the optimal conditions for the appropriate treatment of epoxy resin wastewater by CWPO are as follows : H202 is 75 mL/L, FeSO4. 7H20 6.5 g/L, pH=3.0, temperature 90 ℃, and reaction time 200 min. When the total dosages of oxidant and catalyst are the same and are added separately many times, the TOC removing result of them are significantly better than that by a one-off addition. Under optimal conditions, it is found through pilot trails that after TOC 2 500-2 700 mg/L of epoxy resin wastewater has been treat- ed by CWPO process ,the effluent TOC keeps stable at about 150 mg/L. The treated wastewater can thus be reused as materials in chlorine production.
