摘 要:以养猪废水廉价培养基制备了新型复合型生物絮凝剂MBF-737,将其与化学絮凝剂FeCl3复配使用处理实际印染废水,并确定最佳工艺条件:对于100 mL印染废水,投加2 mL 2.5 g/L的MBF-737、4 mL 5 g/L的FeCl3、3 mL 1%CaCl2,调节初始pH为9,在260 r/min快速搅拌300 s,100 r/min慢速搅拌80 s,絮凝率、除浊率、色度去除率分别为73.81%、79.91%、86.5%。复合絮凝剂投加量少、去除率高,对印染废水具有较好的预处理效果。The new composite bioflocculant MBF-737 has been prepared by the inexpensive swine wastewater medi- um. It can be combined with chemical flocculant FeC13 for treating actual printing and dyeing wastewater. The opti- mum technical conditions are ascertained as follows :when 100 mL of printing and dyeing wastewater, 2 mL 2.5 g/L of MBF-737,4 mL 5 g/L of FeCI3, and 3 mL 1% of CaClz are added, its initial pH is adjusted to 9, fast stirring at 260 r/min for 300 s and slow stirring at 100 r/min for 80 s, the flocculation rate, turbidity removing rate and chroma re- moving rate are 73.81%, 79.91% and 86.5%, respectively. It is characterized by less flocculant dosage, and high re- moving rate, having good pretreatment effect on printing and dyeing wastewater.
