摘 要:对造纸中段废水处理中基于Zeta电位的絮凝条件进行优化。利用自主研制的Zeta电位在线测定装置测定絮凝工段的Zeta电位,用来指导絮凝药品的投放量。讨论了废水pH、PAC和PAM的投加量及搅拌速度对絮凝效果的影响,得出絮凝工段的最优pH、PAC和PAM的最佳投加量及最佳的搅拌条件,有效减轻了后续处理负荷,为造纸中段废水的絮凝工段处理提供了详细、可靠的理论依据。The conditions for flocculation based on the Zeta potential in the treatment of middle section of paper- making wastewater have been optimized. The self-made Zeta potential on-line device for the determination of the Ze- ta potential in floceulation section has been used for giving guidance to the of wastewater pH, dosages dosage of flocculation agent. The effects of PAC and PAM, and stirring speed on flocculation effectiveness are discussed. As a re- suh,the optimal conditions of pH, dosages of PAC and PAM and stirring conditions in the flocculation section have been obtained, which has efficiently lightened the subsequent treatment loads, providing detailed and reliable theo- retical basis for the floeculation section treatment of paper-making middle section wastewater.
