基于专利分析的海洋涂料产业知识产权发展对策研究

摘　　要：基于Orbit专利分析平台,对海洋涂料领域全球专利发展趋势、主要国家以及重点创新机构的专利布局和技术研发领域进行分析。分析显示,日本、美国、欧洲是世界海洋涂料技术的引领者和主导者,我国近年来发展迅猛,但核心技术还很缺乏;海洋涂料跨国公司均重视对全球市场的专利布局,我国是全球的重点竞争区域,国外来华申请的专利已超过中国专利总量的57%。建议我国尽快制定海洋涂料领域知识产权发展战略,提高企业核心竞争力。The profile of international patents of marine coatings is analyzed from the aspects of overall development trends, geographic distributions of priority and publication countries,key technology fields of top assignees and top inventors,based on Orbit patent analysis system database.It is found that Japan,US,and European countries are technological leaders in this field;China has been developing faster and faster in recent years,but lack of key patents;all marine coatings transna-tional corporations pay attention to the patents global markets of geographic distributions;our country is the focus of compe-tition area,and foreign patent applications in China have exceeded 57% of total Chinese patents.It is suggested that our country should make plans on intellectual property development strategies for marine coatings to enhance core competitive-ness of enterprises.
