摘 要:本次霉菌毒素污染情况调查共检测2 423个样品,通过酶联试剂盒初筛和液质联用仪验证2种方法进行玉米赤霉烯酮的检测。结果发现玉米赤霉烯酮污染主要存在玉米和玉米副产物中,小麦、小麦副产物和饼粕类样品污染较轻。从单一饲料原料来看,国产DDGS、喷浆玉米皮和玉米胚芽粕污染较严重;从地区来看,玉米赤霉烯酮污染最为严重的是华东地区;从抽样环节来看,污染最为严重的是饲料厂。The survey of mycotoxin contamination were detected in 2423 samples were detected by both methods ZEN verification screening and ELISA kit and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results showed that maize gibberellic ketene pollution exists mainly corn and corn by-products, wheat, wheat byproduct pollution, class and cake sample is lighter. From a single feed ingredients domestic DDGS, shotcrete corn husk and corn germ meal pollution more serious. In regional terms of corn gibberellic ketene pollution is the worst in east China. From the sample link pollution is the most severe feed mills.
