无创心功能检测在高血压病患者中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析无创心功能检测在高血压患者临床诊断中的应用。方法抽取2012年7月--2013年7月行无创动力学检测的112例高血压患者作为研究对象。根据患者的心功能状况按NYHA分级标准对患者进行分组,其中60例心功异常者为观察组,52例心功能正常者为对照组,两组患者均行无创心功能检测和BNP检测,分析两组患者的检查结果。结果观察组患者的EF（射血分数）、LVEDP（左室舒张终末压）、BNP均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论无创心功能检查结果 LVEDP与BNP检查结果呈正相关,且对高血压患者是否存在舒张性心力衰竭（DHF）临床诊治具有一定参考价值。Objective To analyze the application of noninvasive cardiac functiondetection in the clinical diagnosis of the patients with hypertension.Methods In our hospital from 2012 July to 2013 July in 112 hypertensive patients and nondynamic detection as the object of study.According to the patient′s cardiac function according to NYHA grading standards for patient groups , including 60 cases of abnormal heart function as observation group , 52 patients with normal heart function as control group , two groups of patients underwentnoninvasive heart function detection and BNP detection , analysis of two groups of patients examination results.Results The observation group of patients with EF （ ejection frac-tion （ LVEDP） , left ventricular end diastolic pressure ） , BNP were higher than those in the control group , the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）.Conclusions Noninvasive heart function testresults of LVEDP and BNP ex-amination results were positively correlated , and the presence of diastolic heart failure in patients with essential hyperten -sion（ DHF） which has a certain reference value for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
