摘　　要：研究中外高校引进法律数据库的差异,通过调研和比较国际法学专业排名前20的大学及国内排名前20的大学订购法律数据库的品种数量等的异同,找出国内外法学方面文献保障的差距,了解国际一流大学数据库建设的水平、发展的趋势,有利于明确国内大学引进法律数据库的总体方向。The paper aims to seek the gap of law database acquisition between domestic and foreign universities. By a survey of the purchasing law databases in top 20 international and top 20 domestic universities according to law ranking, the author finds the gap between them, analyzes the database developing level and trends, aiming at providing the instruction to the purchase of law databases in China.
