摘 要:针对井下事故频发且常常危害到井下作业人员生命安全的现状,研究煤矿避难硐室生存环境关键技术,形成一套避难硐室生存环境的基本设计方案,能为煤矿避难硐室避险人员提供不少于96 h的基本生存条件。提出了空气净化的方法:如使用吸收剂吸收二氧化碳,采用催化氧化法处理一氧化碳,并计算出相应的化学药剂使用量;运用主动吸水及低饱和蒸汽压控水技术吸收空气中的水成分;采用相变模块实现避难空间内降温;设计出能够抵抗0.3 MPa冲击波且能隔绝外界的有毒有害气体的防护密闭系统。For the frequent underground accidents that often endangers life safety of underground personnel, it studies the key technologies of the living environment of coal mine refuge chamber, forms the basic design of a refuge chamber environment, and the design provides the basic living condition that is more than 96 hours for workers in the coal mine refuge chamber. It proposes the method of air purification, including the use of absorbent to absorb carbon dioxide, oxidation treatment of carbon monoxide, and calculates the corre- sponding amount of chemical agent. It uses the actively absorbing water technology and low saturated vapor pressure controlling water technology to absorb water elements in the air, and chooses phase transition module to realize the refuge space cooling.: It designs a closed protection system, which can isolate the outside of the poisonous and harmful gas, and has the ability to resist 0. 3 MPa shock wave.
