摘 要:结合扎赉诺尔矿区Ⅱ3b2煤层的赋存特征,采用理论分析与现场实测相结合的方法,从煤体物理力学参数、顶煤裂隙分布特征、埋藏深度、煤层夹矸分布、采放高度之比等5个方面进行顶煤冒放性评价。研究表明:Ⅱ3b2煤体单轴抗压强度为14.73 MPa,其垮落角为90°左右,大于合理垮落角;煤层垂直节理发育,煤层呈片状,在矿压作用下极易破坏,有利于顶煤及时垮落;夹矸为泥岩,强度小于煤层,且多数夹矸处于煤层中上部,对顶煤冒放性影响不显著。综合以上分析结果,Ⅱ3b2顶煤冒放性好,适于采用综放开采工艺。Combined with occurrence characteristics of Zhalainuoer Mining Area Ⅱ3b2 seam, theoretical analysis and field measurement combination method is used to evaluate top coal cavability from 5 aspects of physical and mechanical parameters of coal, top coal fracture features, burial depth, seam partings distribution, caving height ratio. Studies have shown that uniaxial compressive strength of Ⅱ3b2 coal was 14.73 MPa, caving angle was about 90° , the angle was greater than reasonable collapse angle;the coal seam was vertical joint development, flaky, easily destroyed under pressure, which was in favor of top coal caving in time ; partings were mudstone, the strength was less than seam, and most of the coal seam partings in the upper coal seam, which had less impact on top coal cavability. Based on the above analysis, top coal caving cavability ofⅡ3b2 is good, which is suitable for the adoption of caving mining technology.
