摘　　要：[目的]评价"5.12"汶川大地震后上海市医疗卫生系统对口支援都江堰市灾后重建的效果,为今后更好地开展灾后卫生援建工作提供参考。[方法]采用焦点小组访谈、个人深入访谈、居民拦截式访谈等定性研究方法,针对上海市医疗卫生系统对口支援都江堰市的灾后重建效果进行定性分析与评价。[结果]经过上海市医疗卫生系统的对口支援重建,都江堰市医疗卫生系统得以快速恢复和发展,主要表现为各项设备设施功能齐全、配备科学,医务人员业务能力、管理水平得到迅速提升,重建效果得到当地居民的普遍肯定等。[结论]上海市医疗卫生系统开展的对口支援工作为都江堰市医疗卫生服务能力的快速恢复与发展起到了重要的推动作用。[Objective] To evaluate the performance of the reconstructed health system in Dujiangyan after the Wenchuan earthquake aided by the Shanghai medical and health system（SHMEHS）, and to provide more information for post-disaster health system reconstruction. [Methods] By using focus group interviews, intensive individual interviews, and street intercept interviews, the performance of the health system reconstruction in Dujiangyan were qualitatively evaluated, and related comments were also provided. [Results] The rapid recovery of the medical and health system in Dujiangyan with pairing assistance from the SHMEHS was manifested by rational configuration and fully functional running of all facilities and equipment, quick improved competence of services providing and management in medical staff, and general acceptance of system performance by the local residents. [Conclusion] Supports provided by the SHMEHS substantially promote the health system reconstruction in Dujiangyan.
