钢板螺丝钉与克氏针治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折的疗效对比研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨钢板螺丝钉与克氏针治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院100例跟骨骨折患者的临床资料，将其分为两组，一组为观察组行钢板螺丝钉内固定治疗；另一组为对照组采用克氏针进行治疗，比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组和对照组的优良率分别为94%和86%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用钢板螺丝钉治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折能较好的维持复位后跟骨形态，能有效的恢复距下关节面的正常对合关系，使患者早日下床活动，值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of plate screw and Kirschner wire fixation for comminuted calcaneal fractures. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 100 patients with calcaneal fractures, divided into two groups, one group were treated for plate screw internal fixation; another group was control group using Kirschner wire in treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results The excellent rate of observation group and control group were 94% and 86%, the difference was statistically significant （P ＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion The plate screw in treatment of comminuted fracture of calcaneus can maintain the reduction of calcaneal shape, can effectively restore the subtalar joint, so that patients with early ambulation, worthy of clinical application.
