心力衰竭合并心律失常患者的动态心电图分析

摘　　要：目的为探讨心力衰竭合并心律失常患者心律变化规律及临床意义。方法采用常规12导联心电图和24小时动态心电图（Holter）同时对68例心衰合并心律失常患者进行检查分析。结果 Holter检出心律失常明显高于常规心电图；心律失常与心功能严重程度有关，以心功能Ⅳ级患者发生率高。同时室性心律失常在冠心病心衰患者中发生率最高。Objective to explore the heart failure combined with arrhythmia patients with cardiac changes and their clinical signiifcance.Methods Use a routine 12-lead ecG and 24-hour Holter and at the same time to examine and analyze 68 patients with heart failure combined arrhythmia.Results Holter detection arrhythmia obviously higher than that of conventional electrocardiogram （ecG）; arrhythmia is associated with severity heart function, with high incidence of patients with cardiacⅣ level. at the same time ventricular arrhythmia is the highest incidence of coronary heart disease in patients with heart failure.
