探讨分娩镇痛术护理干预的措施和疗效

摘　　要：目的：探讨分娩镇痛术护理干预措施和疗效。方法选取我科分娩的产妇102例进行分析讨论，随机将其分为对照组与观察组，对照组产妇未实施镇痛药镇痛分娩，观察组患者实施蛛网膜下腔与硬膜外腔联合阻滞麻醉镇痛分娩，比较两组患者的分娩疼痛程度、总产程时间、焦虑评分以及分娩结果比较。结果观察组患者实施不同药物配方的镇痛后产妇的分娩疼痛程度、总产程时间、焦虑评分明显优于对照组，经比较具有显著差异（P＜0.05），两组产妇分娩的结果比较分析，其观察组产妇的新生儿新生儿apgar氏评分与对照组比较无显著差异（P＞0.05），而产后出血率与对照组比较无显著差异（P＞0.05）。结论对于分娩过程中中给予不同药物配方会使产妇的分娩疼痛降低，甚至达到无痛分娩，第一产程时间缩短，患者产后焦虑心理情绪明显降低，值得在临床分娩中广泛使用。Objective to study the labor analgesia nursing intervention measuresand curative effect.Methods select my childbirth puerpera, 102 cases were analyzed to discuss that the randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group did not implement the analgesic maternal analgesia childbirth, observation group of patients to implement subarachnoid and epidural space block anesthesia analgesia childbirth, compare two groups of patients with the degree of labor pain, the total labor time, anxiety score, and birth outcomes. the observation group after the pain of the different drugs formula for the puerpera childbirth pain degree, the total labor time, anxiety score was better than control group, by comparison with signiifcant difference （P 〈 0.05）.Results of two groups of puerpera childbirth comparative analysis, the observation group of maternal neonatal neonatal Apgar＆#39;s score compared with the control group nosigniifcant difference （P 〉 0.05）, and postpartum hemorrhage rate compared with the control group had no signiifcant difference （P 〉0.05）.Conclusion for given different drugs in the formula in the process of childbirth will reduce puerpera childbirth pain, achieve an epidural, even for the ifrst time shorten labor, signiifcantly lower in patients with postpartum anxiety emotion, is worth in the clinical widely used in the delivery.
