摘 要:冻结法凿井技术在我国富水岩层矿井建设中得到广泛应用,为防止冻结壁融化后冻结孔成为竖向导水通道,威胁矿井的安全,冻结孔必须开展固管充填处理。本文针对冻结孔钻孔泥浆置换与冻结管下放安装工程中对特定密度水泥浆的要求,对特定密度高稳定性水泥基浆液进行了设计和实验研究,该实验研究工作对高稳定性特定密度冻结孔置换水泥浆研究、应用有借鉴意义。Freezing sinking technology is widely used in water-bearing rock strata in our country. In order to prevent the freezing hole becoming vertical water channels after the ice wall thawing, consequently threatening the safety of the mine, the hollow space around freezing pipes in freezing holes must be filled. In the article we designed sealing materials used for filling hollow space around freezing pipes in freezing holes with high stability at required density. Those sealing materials proved to have very good performance such as high stability, good fluidity. This research is useful to sealing materials study.
