摘　　要：城市生活污水处理厂BOT项目具有运营期长、年收益水平较低、相关利益方多而复杂、受行业政策及标准影响大的特点,因此对项目整个过程的风险分析预测及采取有效的防范措施是十分重要的。文章对污水处理厂BOT项目实施过程中常见的主要风险进行了分析,并提出了相应的防范措施。The sweage treatment plant which opearted by BOT had some characteristic of long operation period, low profit and decided by industry polices and standards. For these characteristics, risk analysis and preventive measures played an important role in investment. The thesis analysis the main risk of BOT sweage treatment plant and provide some preventive measures.
