祛腐生肌膏治疗脉管炎坏疽的临床观察与护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨祛腐生肌膏治疗脉管炎坏疽的临床效果。方法将240例脉管炎坏疽患者随机分为观察组和对照组各120例，观察组使用祛腐生肌膏进行伤口换药，对照组按常规西医方法进行换药，观察并比较两组的治疗效果和患者满意度。结果观察组和对照组患者治疗效果的比较；患者满意度调查的比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用祛腐生肌膏对脉管炎坏疽患者进行创面换药，能有效地控制感染，促进伤口愈合，提高治愈率，值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qufushengji paste on the treatment of vasculitis gangrene.Methods 240 cases of vasculitis gangrene patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 120 cases each group. The patients in observation group were treated with Qufushengji paste to the wound dressing, while the patients in control group were treated with the conventional method of western medicine. Then the curative effects of two groups and patients’ satisfaction were observed and compared.Results The patients’ satisfaction in the observation group showed statistically significant difference, compared with that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The wound dressing of the vasculitis gangrene patients treated by Qufushengji paste, can effectively control infection, promote wound healing and improve the cure rate. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
