摘  要:深层致密气藏具有埋藏深、温度高、低孔低渗、微裂缝发育、非均质性强等特点,钻井作业过程中极易遭受储层损害;此外深井水平井作业过程中,摩阻、扭矩较大,易发生托压、钻具阻卡等复杂情况。为解决这一系列技术难题,选择了低密度抗高温水包油钻井液。现场应用表明,该钻井液体系流变性稳定,环空压耗低,润滑性好,且具有良好的储层保护效果。加之其低毒性、对环境友好的特点,具有一定的推广和应用前景。Deep and tight gas reservoir was buried deeply,it was vulnerable to be damaged in drilling due to the characteristics of high temperature,low porosity,low permeability,strong heterogeneity and micro-fracture development.Moreover,during horizontal well drilling,because of friction and bigger torque,back pressure and drill-pipe sticking were easily induced.To solve these problems,a low density and high temperature resistance oil-in-water drilling fluid was chosen for horizontal well drilling.Field application shows that the drilling fluid has stable rheological property with low annulus pressure loss and excellent lubricity and well formation protection effect.In addition,the drilling fluid has low toxicity,it has good prospects for popularization and application.
