摘 要:充填滑套主要应用于砾石充填完井防砂作业中,为解决现有滑套误打开和无法关闭的问题,研究新式滑套结构和力学性能。基于受力分析和有限元模拟,建立新式滑套滑动爪力学理论模型和三维有限元分析模型,研究滑动爪结构应力分布与作业性能,并进行功能试验验证。研究表明,理论计算方法存在一定的误差,有限元模拟结果相对比较精确和可靠,功能试验发现若滑动爪最大应力超过屈服极限,作业过程中结构本身会发生一定的塑性屈服变形,试验结果值偏小,设计滑动爪结构时应特别注意。Sliding sleeve for gravel packing was mainly used for sand control in gravel packing completion.To solve the problems of sliding sleeve premature opening and closing failure,the structures and mechanical properties of the new type of sliding sleeve were studied.Based on force analysis and finite element simulation methods,the mechanical model and finite element three-dimensional model were established to study stress distribution and operation performance of sliding claw and it function was demonstrated.The study shows the results from theory method have certain error and the results from finite element method are accurate and reliable.The function test shows that the plastic yielding deformation of sliding claw occurs in the operation if the maximum stress exceeds its yield strength of sliding claw,which results in smaller test data.Special attention should be paid as the sliding claw is designed.
