摘  要:油井反洗井热洗清蜡存在洗井液污染油层、热洗效率低、洗井液返排影响产油、部分井洗井后未达到清蜡效果等问题。通过测试不同洗井参数条件下井下温度、压力变化,表明洗井时由于地层吸热,洗井液进入井筒后温度损失大;井底压力升高,洗井液进入油层较多;洗井液靠油管外热传导融蜡,靠返出液排蜡。以油井结蜡段达到熔蜡温度为目标,改变传统的洗井参数标准,使结蜡段达到熔蜡要求,根据结蜡段制定洗井参数,提高热洗效果,延长洗井周期,减少洗井工作量;优化清防蜡方式,可提高清防蜡效果,减少洗井液污染油层;应用防洗井污染油层技术,可减少洗井液返排影响产油、提高热洗效率。In hot wash wax removal in the backwashing wells,there existed problems which included flushing fluid oil layer contamination by flushing fluid,low thermal efficiency,oil production affected by flowback of flushing fluid,some wells not reached the wax removal standard after flushing.By testing downhole temperature and pressure changes under different parameters of well washing conditions it indicated that due to heat absorption in washing and after washing fluid entering into the well bore,temperature loss was serious;bottom hole pressure increased,more flushing fluid entered into the reservoir;flushing fluid melted the wax by external heat conduction pipe,it was dewaxed by flushing fluid flowback.Aiming at the wax melting temperature in wax segment,the traditional parameter standard of well washing was changed,so that the waxing segment could achieve the requirements of wax melting.According to wax segment,well flushing parameters are set up,the well washing cycle is extended and its workload is reduced.Optimizing the way of dewaxing can improve the its effect and reduce the pollution to reservoirs.The application of the method for anti-oil pollution to reservoir can reduce the affect of backflow of flushing fluid and improve the efficiency of hot washing.
