摘　　要：TorkBuster扭力冲击器是Ulterra公司研制的一种扭力冲击破岩工具,实践表明TorkBuster扭力冲击器提高机械钻速效果明显。但是该工具在钻进砂泥岩互层段极易发生钻头泥包,使得机械钻速降低,影响了使用效果。分析了TorkBuster扭力冲击器存在的问题,泥包产生的原因,并针对该问题提出了相应的对策,包括钻井液体系优选、钻井参数强化、改进钻头等。通过改进措施,有效防止TorkBuster扭力冲击器泥包,提高了工具使用效率。TorkBuster was a torsional impact rock breaking tool developed by Ulterra Drilling Technologies.Practice indicated that TorkBuster drilling tool could obviously improve ROP.It was also found that drilling in sand-shale interbed formations with the TorkBuster tool was likely to cause a bit balling problem.This resulted in low ROP and drilling efficiency would be influenced.In this paper,the problem of balling was analyzed and some anti-balling precautions,including drilling fluid optimization,drilling parameter enhancement and drilling bit adaption,were proposed.Through these improved technical measures,TorkBuster balling can be prevented and its application efficiency is improved.
