呼吸训练在肝脏核磁共振成像增强扫描患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨呼吸训练在肝脏核磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)增强扫描患者护理中的应用效果。方法按检查先后将2010年1月至2011年12月在第二军医大学东方肝胆外科医院拟行肝脏MRI增强扫描的206例患者分为对照组(100例)和观察组(106例),对照组行普通常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上予以呼吸训练及心理疏导。结果 206例患者均顺利完成检查,观察组患者MRI增强扫描的图像质量及合格率均优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论在肝脏MRI增强扫描过程中,对患者进行有效的呼吸训练及心理疏导,能够缓解患者的紧张情绪,提高检查图像的质量。Objective To investigate the application effects of respiratory training in nursing of patients with liver MRI examination.Methods From January 2010 to December 2011,206 patients were divided into control group and training group. 100 patients were arranged in the non-training group, and received only ordinary routine care. 106 patients were arranged in the observation group, and received additional respiratory training and psychological care.Results All 206 patients completed the examination successfully.The evaluation of image quality and pass rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（all P〈0.01）.Conclusion Effective respiratory training and meticulous psychological care in liver MRI enhanced inspection process can ease the anxiety of patients and improve the quality of the inspection image significantly.
