摘 要:目的探讨关键接触点在腹膜透析(简称腹透)患者宣教及护理中的应用效果。方法便利抽样法选取2012年7-9月于第二军医大学长征医院腹透门诊进行腹透且有认知能力的患者80例设为对照组,2012年10月至2013年10月进行腹透且有认知能力的患者80例设为观察组,对照组患者进行常规宣教和护理,观察组患者应用关键接触点进行宣教及护理。结果观察组患者的满意度、对宣教内容的掌握程度及护理人员宣教态度的认可程度均高于或优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论应用关键接触点对腹透患者进行宣教及护理,可找出腹透患者迫切需要解决的问题,使护理工作有的放矢,有利于提高护理质量及患者满意度。Objective To discuss the effect of key contact point in the health education and the nursing care for peritoneal dialysis. Methods To survey 160 patients with peritoneal dialysis for the satisfaction and master degree of education content(the front 80 cases was control group, the later 80 cases was contact point group) ,in addition, to survey the key contact point in the contact point group, then to analyze the related items and find out the key contact point that affects the satisfaction of patients, finally to take proper nursing measures.Results The satisfactions rate and the compliance of patients were improved obviously in key contact point group compared to which were in control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Applying the theory of key contact point can find out the question which need to be deal with immediately,and to improve the satisfactions rate and the compliance of patients with peritoneal dialysis.
