摘  要:目的通过分析芦山地震伤病员用药及医院储备药品数据,确定《地震基本卫生服务包(药品目录)》,提高应对类似突发事件时药品的储备能力。方法回顾性分析华西医院芦山地震伤病员及其药品使用情况,研究药品使用和储备结构。结果芦山地震伤病员使用的可查DDD的品种中,临床使用时的药品选用趋势与药品的应急储备占比分布基本一致。结论地震基本卫生服务包(药品目录)应涵盖抗感染药物,镇痛药物,祛痰药物,消化道急性出血药,治疗脑外伤后遗症、有助神经修复的药物,利尿剂,其他如破伤风免疫球蛋白、人血白蛋白、人免疫球蛋白等生物制品,肝素、酚磺乙胺、氨甲环酸等止血药物,以及调节电解质紊乱和营养支持治疗用的维生素和脂肪乳等。Objective To determine the Earthquake Basic Health Service Package(drug list) for increasing the drugs stockpile capacity in coping with the similar emergency event by analyzing the data of drug use in the sick and wounded persons and the hospital drug reserve during Lushan earthquake. Methods The drug use situation in the sick and wounded persons and the hospital drug reserve during Lushan earthquake were retrospectively analyzed for researching the drug use and the drugs reserve structure. Results In the drug varieties with checkable DDD value,the drug selectiou trend in clinical use was basically consistent to the percentage distribution of the emergency drug reserve during Lushan earthquake. Conclusion The Earthquake Basic Health Service Package(drug list) should contain anti-infection drugs,analgesics,expectorant drugs,drugs for treating arterial hemorrhage of digestive tract (AHDT),drugs for treating sequela of traumatic brain injury, drugs helpful for neural repair, diuretics, other drugs like biological products of tetanus immunoglobulin,human immunoglobulin and human albumin, hemostatic agents such as heparin,etamsylate and aminomethylbenzoic acid, drugs for regulating electrolyte imbalance and nutritional support such as vitamin and lipid emulsion,etc.
