我院骨科活血化瘀中药注射剂使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的评估医院骨科住院患者中活血化瘀中药注射剂的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法调查2012年6月骨科201例住院患者病历,对其中活血化瘀中药注射剂的使用率、使用金额、疗程、配伍输液、联合用药等情况进行统计和分析。结果 128份病历使用了活血化瘀中药注射剂,使用率为63.68%,用药时间平均8.2 d,不合理应用的占48.44%,注射用血塞通、注射用红花黄色素、苦碟子注射液、丹红注射液使用金额、数量、用药频度(DDDs)排名均处于活血化瘀中药注射剂前几位。结论应加强骨科住院患者活血化瘀中药注射剂使用的培训和监管,严格执行《中药注射剂临床使用原则》及药品说明书的规定,规范、合理用药。Objective To analyze the use situation of the traditional Chinese medicine injections for promoting blood circulation and removing stasis in the orthopedic department to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods The medical records of 201 or- thopedic inpatients in June 2012 were investigated,ln which the use rate,amount of money,treatment course,compatibility infusion,combined medication were statistically analyzed. Results 128 cases used the traditional Chinese medicine injections for promoting blood circulation and removing stasis with the use rate of 63.68%, the average use time was 8.2 d, the unreasonable use accounted for 48.44% ,Xuesaitong Injection,Safflower Yellow Injection,Kudiezi Injection and Danhong Injection ranked the top places of the tradition- al Chinese medicine injections for promoting blood circulation and removing stasis in the amount of money, quantity and DDDs. Conclusion The training and supervision in the use of the traditional Chinese medicine injections for promoting blood circulation and removing stasis in the orthopedic department should be strengthened,the principle of traditional Chinese medicine injections in clinical use and the stipulations and specifications in the package insert should be strictly executed for conducting ration drug use.
