摘　　要：【目的】探讨动态心电图对小婴儿心律失常的诊断价值。【方法】收集本院2010年6月至2013年5月的小婴儿86例为研究对象，分别进行常规心电图（ECG ）和动态心电图（DCG ）检查。【结果】阳性检出率普通ECG为23．2％，DCG为77．9％，DCG的检查效果明显优于ECG ，具有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。【结论】DCG对小婴儿心律失常的诊断有重要的临床价值。Objective To explore the value of Holter monitoring in the diagnosis of arrhythmia in young infants .[Methods] Totally 86 young infants in our hospital from June 2010 to May 2013 were selected as the subjects .Routine electrocardiogram（ECG） and Holter monitoring（DCG） were performed in all patients .[Results] The positive rates of ECG and DCG were 23 .2% and 77 .9% ,respectively .The efficacy of DCG was obviously better than ECG ,and there was significant difference（ P 〈0 .05） .[Conclusion] DCG is of important clinical value in the diagnosis of arrhythmia in young infants .
