摘 要:随着石油开采,油藏的勘探开发难度增大,对钻井液密度要求增高。结合低密度及油基钻井液特点,室内研制出了低密度全油基钻井液体系。该钻井液体系具有很好的流变性,滤失量小(高温高压滤失量为6.6mL),性能稳定(破乳电压≥2000V),并且密度可调控,下限可以低至0.85g/cm3,具有好的抗污染能力,抑制性强及储藏保护效果好,可以应用于复杂敏感性地层,有利于提高机械钻速、井壁稳定性及储层保护。Along with oil development,the requirement of reservoir exploration and development became harder and higher for the density of drilling fluid increased.Combined with the characteristics of low density and oil-base drilling fluid,a low density and full oil-base drilling fluid system was developed in laboratory.The drilling fluid system has good rheological property,low filtration loss(high temperature and high pressure filtration loss of 6.6mL)and stable performance(demulsification voltage of 2000 Vor higher).Moreover its density is adjustable.The limitation can be as low as 0.85g/cm3.It has a good pollution resistance with high inhibition and good storage protection effect.So it can be applied to complex and sensitive formation,and it is beneficial for improving rate of penetration for borehole stability and formation protection.
