摘　　要：广东地产清热解毒药主要是通过抗病原微生物、抗内毒素、抗肿瘤、解热镇痛、抗炎和对免疫系统的影响以及保肝利胆等药理作用而发挥其抗感染作用的。综述广东地产清热解毒药抗感染药理作用方面的文献,并对其治疗广东地方性常见病多发病的热性及感染性疾病的疗效作了评价及展望。Some Guangdong native heat-clearing and detoxicating herbs can treat infectious diseases mainly through anti-pathogenic microorganism, anti-LPS, influence to the immunity system, anti-tumor, antipyretic-analgesic and anti-inflammatory, and hepatic protective and choleretic effect. The author reviews and analyses the literature of anti-infection pharmacological effects by Guangdong native heat-clearing and detoxicating herbs, so as to evaluate and prospect its therapeutic effect in preventing Guangdong local common febrile illness and infectious diseases.
