摘　　要：目的探讨切缘封闭注射在环状混合痔手术中的临床应用价值。方法将84例环状混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组仅行常规手术,治疗组在对照组的基础上于手术结束时加行切缘封闭注射。观察两组术后肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿、术后早期排尿及排便功能、治愈时间等方面的情况。结果治疗组术后早期疼痛程度、肛缘水肿、术后早期排尿困难及排便困难的发生率与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(χ2分别=63.42、3.94、5.13、4.97,P均<0.05)。治疗组创面愈合时间(20.74±2.16)d,与对照组(27.60±5.04)d比较,差异有统计学意义(t=8.14,P<0.05)。结论在环状混合痔手术中加行切缘封闭注射,可以显著减少术后并发症的发生,减轻患者痛苦,缩短创面愈合时间。Objective To investigate the clinical value of the blocking injection into margins in the circular mixed hemorrhoids. Methods A total of 84 cases with circular mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into the therapy group and control group. The control group was treated with normal surgery, and the therapy group was treated with blocking injection into margins after surgery based on the control group. The pain extent, incidence of wound edema, uroschesis, defecation and healing time were compared. Results There was a significant difference between the two groups in the pain extent, incidence of wound edema, uroschesis and defecation（χ2=63.42, 3.94, 5.13, 4.97, P〈0.05）. The healing time of the therapy group was（20.74±2.16）days while the control group was（27.60±5.04） days. The difference between them was statistically significant （t=8.14,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of the blocking injection into margins in the circular mixed hemorrhoids can reduce the incidence of complications, relieve pain and shorten healing time.
