摘  要:为解决气体绝缘变电站有源电子式电压互感器在开关操作时因受到快速暂态过电压的影响而导致采集卡损坏的问题,提出一种新型的电子式电压互感器抑阻措施。通过建立电路模型,推导出作用于电子式互感器采集卡上的快速过电压幅值,提出通过增加电子式互感器外壳接地以降低外壳过电压;在电子式互感器一次、二次引出端增加电感元件;同时要求电子式互感器采集卡与一次设备外壳空间距离大于快速暂态过电压的空气击穿距离等措施。该方法可有效避免电子式互感器采集卡损坏的问题,提升电子式互感器抗干扰能力。Affected by the very fast transients overvoltage( VFTO), the acquisition card of active electronic voltage transformer in the gas insulated substation (GIS) might be damaged while the circuit breaker is being operated. In order to solve this problem, a new impedance suppressing method for the electronic voltage transformer has been proposed in this paper. Through the circuit analysis, we deduced the amplitude of very fast transient overvoltage for the electronic acquisition card, and then proposed a few improvement ap- proaches, e. g. , lowering the enclosure overvoltage of electronic transformer by the enclosure ground, installing the inductance com- ponents at the primary and secondary coil terminals of electronic transformer, and guaranteeing that the distance between the electronic acquisition card and the primary device is longer than the air breakdown threshold. The proposed method can effectively avoid the damage of acquisition card in the electronic transformer, and enhance its anti-interference ability.
