摘 要:采用温室浑水持续滴灌试验手段,对φ8和φ16迷宫流道滴灌管进行了水力特性和浑水堵塞测试,并对比分析2种滴灌菅的特性及压力、粒径等变化对滴头堵塞规律及堵塞程度的影响。结果表明.易发生堵塞的滴头位于毛管中后部.滴头堵塞发生的次序及堵塞程度存在随机性;灌水压力0.15MPa时的滴头堵塞发生时间滞后于0.075MPa,滴头堵塞程度也略轻;滴头堵塞与压力、粒径及管径具有相关性且非单调关系,φ8滴灌管的实际灌水过程中应尽量去除粒径在0.075~0.098mm范围的泥沙颗粒;与φ16滴灌管相比,φ8滴灌管性能突出,投资成本低,在温室滴灌灌溉过程中占有很大优势。Through the consecutive drip irrigation experiments with muddy water in greenhouse, the hydraulic characteristics of φ8 and φ16 labyrinth channels under drip irrigation were compared, and the effects of pressure and particle size on the emitter clogging and blockage degree were analyzed. The results showed that the emitters was easily blocked up in the rear, and it happened with a random order. The blocking time of emitter at pressure of 0.15 MPa was later than that at 0. 075 MPa, with a little light clogging degree. Emitter clogging was relevant with pressure, particle size and caliber, but non-monotonic relationship. The particle of 0. 075 - 0. 098 mm should be removed under the actual irrigation. Compared with φ16, φ8 had a great advantage of outstanding performance and low investment costs under drip irrigation in greenhouse.
