摘　　要：近年来,在城镇稳定就业的新移民住房问题突显,能否妥善解决这部分人的安居问题,成为提升城镇化质量的关键。以城镇化过程中流入城市并稳定就业的新移民为研究对象,通过对城镇新移民住房支付能力和需求特征进行研究,为有针对性地制定这一群体的住房保障政策提供研究依据。In recent years, the housing problems about new immigrants of stable employment in cities and towns got outstanding. Whether the housing problems of them could be properly resolved, is the key to enhancing the quality of urbanization. This article makes the new immigrants with stable employment in towns during the process of urbanization as the research objects, and focuses on migrant-workers and new employed young people who need housing guarantee. By analyzing the housing affordability and demand characteristics of these new immigrants, this article provides research supports to make targeted housing guarantee policy for this part of people.
