摘 要:以蜂窝煤渣为原料,利用牡蛎壳粉进行高温改性,制备改性煤渣吸附剂;对改性前后的煤渣进行扫描电镜(SEM)和粉末X射线衍射(XRD)表征.通过L9(34)正交试验考察了吸附剂用量、吸附温度、铬液初始浓度和pH等因素对改性煤渣吸附效果的影响.结果表明改性煤渣对Cr(Ⅵ)具有良好的吸附能力.吸附过程满足准二级动力学模型并可用Langmuir吸附等温线描述.Honeycomb-cinder modification by oyster shell in laboratory scale was explored in this work and the adsorption performance of modified honeycomb-cinder in simulated chromium-containing wastewater were also studied. The modified honeycomb-cinder was characterized with scanning electron microscopy( SEM) and Xray diffraction( XRD). The order of the factors that affect the adsorption performance of Cr( Ⅵ) such as the adsorbent dosage,temperature,initial concentration of Cr( Ⅵ) and pH are compared by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the modified cinder absorbent had a good adsorption capacity for Cr( Ⅵ). The adsorption reaction was consistent with the second order kinetic equation and the adsorption process followed the Langmuir adsorption isotherm.
