摘 要:对碳基固体磺酸催化乳酸和正丁醇合成乳酸正丁酯的催化性能进行了研究.考察了正丁醇与乳酸的摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间以及催化剂的重复使用等因素对酯化反应的影响.确定较佳反应条件为:正丁醇与乳酸的摩尔比为2.5 1、碳基固体磺酸催化剂为酸醇总质量的0.5%、反应温度≤120℃、反应时间为3.5 h.用酸化膨润土对乳酸进行预处理可提高反应转化率.在最佳反应条件下的重复试验结果表明乳酸平均转化率为90.2%.In order to increase the esterification rate for the n-butyl esterification of lactic acid,the lactic acid was pretreated with the bentonite activated. N-Butyl esterification of lactic acid on carbon based solid sulfonie acids catalysts was investigated under different conditions such as mole ratio of n-butyl alcohol to lactic acid,catalyst dosage,reaction time and the reuse of the catalyst on the conversion were investigated. Optimum reaction conditions were abserved as: n( n-butyl alcohol) n( lactic acid) = 2. 5 1,catalyst dosage 0. 5%( refers to total mass of lactic acid and n-butyl alcohol),reaction temperature≤130 ℃,reaction time 3. 5 h.The results indicated that the esterification rate can be significantly improved of lactic acid by the process on carbon based solid sulfonie acids for the n-butyl esterification of lactic acid pretreated with the bentonite activated by acid. Under the optimum reaction conditions on catalyst repeated using of lactic acid average conversion rate was 90. 2%.
