摘　　要：介绍了ZJ230球形3He正比计数管研制的过程,包括工作原理、3He气体的要求、结构设计、中子灵敏度测试、坪特性测试以及角度响应测试等。项目研制了Φ30、Φ50和Φ100 mm三种充3He气体的球形正比计数管。该球形正比计数管满足设计要求,可用于环境安全中子辐射监测和中子能谱的测量。Development process for ZJ 230 spherical helium -3 proportional counters is introduced , including operation principle , demand for helium-3 gas, the structural design , neutron sensitivity test , plateau charac-teristic test , angular response test .ZJ230 is the generic terms of helium -3 spherical counters , including Φ30 mm,Φ50 mm andΦ100 mm three sizes .The spherical helium -3 proportional counters meet the design re-quirements , they can be used to measure the environmental dose of neutron radiation and neutron energy spec -trum.
