摘  要:大口径输气管道穿越沼泽地段时,由于沼泽地土壤含水饱和度过大,管道易产生自然沉降。管道的过量变形会导致输气管道在运行过程中应力不能满足安全要求,故需要对沼泽地段的大口径输气管道进行应力的敏感性研究。使用应力分析软件CAESAR II对沼泽地段某大口径输气管道进行数值模拟,针对沉降量及压重块间距对管道应力的影响进行分析得出:管道的自然沉降对沼泽地输气管道的应力最敏感,即影响最大。建议在沼泽地管道施工中要做好防沉降措施。It is easy for a large-diameter swamp-crossing gas pipeline to produce natural sedimentation because swamp soil is of heavy water saturation. Serious deformation of pipes may cause gas pipe stress during the operation to be unable to satisfy safety requirements. Therefore,it is necessary to make a stress sensitivity analysis of swamp-crossing pipes. Through a stress analysis by using software CAESAR Ⅱ,numerical simulations have been conducted on a section of pipe in some swamp area. In light of the analysis of the effects caused by both the sedimentation and saddle the weight on the pipe stress,the following results can be obtained:the natural sedimentation of pipes is the most sensitive to the stress of a swamp-crossing gas pipeline. It is recommended here to take some subsidence prevention measures during the construction of a swamp-crossing gas pipeline.
