从虚、瘀、痰、毒探讨肿瘤抑郁症病因病机

摘　　要：肿瘤抑郁症是在原发肿瘤虚、瘀、痰、毒等病理因素的基础上,加之患者情志不遂所导致的病症,主要累及肝、脾、心、肾多个脏腑。肝郁气滞、肝郁脾虚、肝郁血瘀、痰气郁阻、心脾两虚、心肾不交等为其主要病机,其中肝郁气滞贯穿病程始终。治疗肿瘤抑郁症在疏肝解郁的同时,也要注重虚、瘀、痰、毒等根本病因的治疗。The formation of tumor depression is based on primary tumor pathological factors, such as＂ deficiency, blood stasis, phlegm, toxin＂ and so on, and coupled with the patient emotional upset due to emotional factors. Its pathogenesis can be divided into six syn- dromes,that is stagnation of the liver-qi, liver depression and spleen deficiency, live-qi stagnation and blood stasis, phlegm qi resist- ance,asthenia of both heart and spleen,non-harmony of the heart and kidney, stagnation of the liver-qi is throughout the course of the disease. Treatment of tumor depression with soothing liver-qi stagnation, also should pay attention to the root causes such as ＂ deficien- cy,blood stasis,phlegm and toxin＂.
