摘　　要：目的:观察参芪扶正注射液对晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)姑息治疗患者免疫功能及生存质量的影响。方法:132例晚期NSCLC姑息治疗患者,每人每日给予参芪扶正注射液250 mL,静脉滴注,14～21 d为1个疗程,至少应用1个疗程。观察用药前后患者CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T细胞、KPS评分及体质量的变化情况。结果:参芪扶正注射液能升高患者CD4+、CD4+/CD8+值,降低CD8+值,明显提高患者体质量及KPS评分状态。结论:参芪扶正注射液能改善NSCLC晚期姑息治疗患者的免疫功能、提高生存质量。Objective：To investigate the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on the quality of life and immune function in advanced NSCLC patients with palliative treatment. Methods ：132 patients of advanced NSCLC patients with palliative treatment were treated with intravenous infusion Shenqi Fuzheng Injection 250 mL per person per day, 14 to 21 days as a course of treatment, at least one course. CD3＋ , CD4＋ , CD8＋ T cell, KPS scores and weight changes before and after treatment were observed. Results ： Shenqi Fuzheng Injection can increase levels of CD3＋ , CD4＋ ,CD4＋/CD8 ＋ ,decrease CD8 ＋ , significantly increase patients＇ weights and KPS score. Conclusion： Shenqi Fuzheng Injection can enhance the immune function, and improve the quality of life in patients with advanced NSCLC undergoing palliative treatment.
