中药综合治疗糖尿病足临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药内服与外用联合治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法:50例糖尿病足患者随机平均分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予降低血糖、抗感染、改善循环等西医基础治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用四妙勇安汤加减内服与拔毒生肌散外用联合治疗。4周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。结果:治疗组有效率为88%,对照组有效率为60%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中药内服与外用联合治疗糖尿病足疗效显著。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of in combination with traditional Chinese medicine internal and external use for the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods ：50 patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was given western medicine foundation treatment such as lowering blood sugar, anti-infection, improving circu- lation ,and the treatment group was treated with internal use modified Simiaoyong＇an decoction and badu shengji powder for external use. 4 weeks for a period of treatment, a total of 2 courses of treatment. Results ： The effective rate of treatment group was 88 % , and the control group 60% ,comparison curative effect of the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Con- clusion：Combined the internal and external use of Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic foot has distinct effect.
