清热活血中药坐浴对肛裂术后创面愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察清热活血中药坐浴对肛裂术后创面愈合的影响。方法:将200例患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例。两组患者均接受肛裂切除术,术后对照组给予高锰酸钾温水坐浴,观察组给予清热活血中药坐浴,两组坐浴后均给予复方角菜酸酯乳膏外用治疗。观察并比较两组患者术后创面愈合时间、疼痛程度及临床有效率。结果:两组的临床有效率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);观察组患者术后创面愈合时间(13.23±4.27)d明显短于对照组(18.78±6.43)d;治疗前两组疼痛评分比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组疼痛评分均较治疗前明显降低,观察组疼痛评分(1.13±0.51)疼痛缓解明显优于对照组(2.72±0.74),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清热活血中药坐浴能促进肛裂术后创面的愈合,且能有效降低疼痛程度。Objective：To observe the influence of postoperative wound healing of anal fissure treated by heat-clearing and blood-activa- ting traditional Chinese medicine sitz bath. Methods ：200 cases of anal fissure surgery patients were randomly divided into the observa- tion group and the control group,each of 100 cases. All of patients underwent anal fissure excision surgery,the control group was given potassium permanganate sitz bath,and the observation group was given heat-clearing and blood-activating traditional Chinese medicine sitz bath. Two groups were given compound carraghenates cream for external use ＇after sitz bath. Observed and compared the postopera- tive wound healing time, degree of pain and clinical efficiency of the two groups. Results：There was no significant difference belween lhe clinical effectiveness of two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; The postoperative wound healing time of the observation group （ 13.23 ± 4.27 ） days was significantly shorter than the control group（ 18.78± 6.43 ） days;before treatment,the pain score of two groups has no significant differ- ence（ P 〉 0.05 ） ;after treatment,the pain score of the two groups was obviously lower than before treatment, the pain score relief of the observation group（ 1.13 ± 0.51 ） was better than that of the control group （2.72 ±0.74）, which has .statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Heat-clearing and blood-activating traditional Chinese medicine sitz bath can promote the healing of postoperative wound of anal fissure, and can effectively reduce the de^ree of pain.
