降酶丸的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的:建立降酶丸的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对成方中白术、女贞子、五味子进行鉴别;用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定芍药苷的含量。结果:TLC鉴别可明显鉴别白术、女贞子、五味子,芍药苷在0.060 4～0.302 0 g·L-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 7,平均回收率为99.95%,RSD=1.22%。结论:该方法操作简便,结果准确,重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective：To establish the quality standard for Jiang Mei pill. Methods ：Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz, Fructus Ligustri luci- di and Schisandra sphenanthera Rehd. et Wils were identified by TLC. Paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC. Results ： The results of TLC showed that the relevant spots were clear without interference in the blank reference. The content of Paeoniflorin showed a good linearity in range of 0. 060 4 mg · mL-1 - 0. 302 0 mg · mL-l（ r = 0. 999 7 ）. The average recoveryrate was 99.95% and RSD was 1.22%. Conclusion：The established qualitative and quantitative methods are simple, accurate, reliable and reproducible, and can be effectively used for the quality control of Jiang Mei pill.
