利鼻片中黄芩成分分析

摘　　要：目的:分析对比利鼻片中黄芩成分差异性。方法:采用高效液相色谱法进行检测,色谱条件:SPHERIGEL ODS C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(42∶58),柱温30℃;流速1.0 mL·min-1;检测波长为280 nm。结果:3个厂家的利鼻片每片平均含量分别为2.64 mg、2.19 mg、2.37 mg;按照2010版《中华人民共和国药典》利鼻片项下含量测定要求每片不得少于1.7 mg,3个厂家所生产的利鼻片黄芩苷含量均符合要求。结论:制剂生产过程应注意化学成分不稳定药材的加工处理。Objective：To analyze and compare the seutellaria component variability for Libi Tablet. Methods：The samples were separated at 30℃ on a SPHERIGEL ODS C18 （250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm） column, and methanol - 0.1% orthophosphoric acid （ 42 ： 58 ） was used as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1 and detection wavelength was 280nm. Results ： the results showed that average content per piece of Libi Tablet produced by three manufacturers were 2.64 mg ,2.19 mg,2.37 mg;in accordance with Chinese Phar- macopoeia 2010 version of Libi Tablet content determination under the requirements of each piece shall not be less than 1.7 rag, and baicalin content of Libi Tablet in the three manufacturers all conformed to the requirements. Conclusion ： Preparation of the production process should pay attention to materials processing of medicinal materials with unstable chemical composition.
