中医综合康复疗法结合现代康复训练改善中风偏瘫痉挛状态的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医综合康复疗法联合现代康复训练改善中风偏瘫患者痉挛状态的临床疗效。方法:将150例中风偏瘫痉挛状态患者随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组75例接受中医综合康复疗法联合现代康复训练,对照组75例仅接受现代康复疗法,4周为1个疗程,对比两组患者的临床解痉疗效。结果:观察组患者的患肢肌张力、运动功能、生活自理能力方面的改善情况均显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合康复疗法联合现代康复训练可集中医与现代康复疗法的优势于一体,对改善中风偏瘫痉挛状态具有显著效果。Objective：To study the clinical curative effect of TCM comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in combination with modern reha- bilitation training on stroke patients with hemiplegia,spasticity. Methods ：150 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group of 75 cases was given TCM comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in combination with mod- ern rehabilitation training, and the control group of 75 cases was treated with only modern rehabilitation therapy. 4 weeks for a period of treatment, compared clinical spasmolysis curative effect of patients of the two groups. Results ： Limb muscle tone, movement function, im- provement of their life self - care ability of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：TCM comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in combination with modern rehabilitation training can focus on the advantage of the medical and modern rehabilitation therapy at an organic whole, and have significant effect on improvement stroke hemiplegia spastic- ity.
