摘　　要：2013年阿里巴巴推出的余额宝,成为了人们至今仍在热议的话题。它的方便与高收益使其从问世后就迅速席卷了市场,吸纳了百万的用户。所以,如何正确看待和评价余额宝显得尤为重要。文章将从余额宝的内部风险、外部风险、与美国的样例做对比以及和银行之间的竞争几个方面来分析其风险性,并对投资者提出相关建议。对天弘基金而言,如何保持余额宝收益率的稳定性是余额宝发展的基础。The Yu＇ebao which was launched by Alibaba last year has still been a hot topic talking among people.Its convenient and high profit make it swept the market so quickly since Yu＇ebao came out, it also attracted millions of users.Therefore, it is important to know how to regard Yu＇ebao correctly and evaluate it.This article analyses the danger of Yu＇ebao through the internal and external risk, comparison with an sample of USA and the competition with banks.Then gives related suggestions to the investor. Finally, it points out how to maintain the stable income of Yn＇ ebao is the basic development for Tianhong Asset.
