摘　　要：论文对基于缩图理论的视频图像提取算法做了详细深入的阐述和研究,根据采集到的实验数据具体分析了缩图理论在图像信息的高精度获取和去噪方面的应用。实验结果表明,其视频图像视觉效果较好,可以在空间时间上有较大压缩而保存了形状和外观信息,可应用于图像存储和去噪应用等。Video image digest algorithm based on thumbnail theory is described and researched in detail. The application of thumbnail theory in the high precision access and denoising of image information is analyzed. Experimental results prove that it has better video visual effect, preserve the shape and appearance of image information with time and space being compressed, and can be applied in image storage and denoising.
