摘 要:摩托车车架的模态特性是车架其他动力学特性的基础。为满足某新款摩托车车架设计开发的需要,采用数值模拟和试验验证相结合的方法研究了车架的模态特性。利用Hyperworks有限元分析软件进行了车架模态特性的数值模拟,提取和分析了车架的前10阶固有频率和振型,通过LMS.TEST.LAB数据采集分析软件对车架进行了试验模态分析,并采用模态拟合法和模态置信法(MAC)进行了模态试验结果验证,为车架的减振降噪和结构优化设计提供了理论依据。The modal characteristics of motorcycle frame are the basics of other dynamic characteris-tics.In order to meet the need of new frame design and development,method on the combination of numerical simulation and experimental verification was adopted to research on modal characteristics of the new type of motorcycle frame.Hyperworks finite element analysis software helped complete the numerical simulation of frame modal characteristics and the first ten order natural frequencies and vi-bration modes were extracted;at the same time experimental modal analysis of motorcycle frame was done through the aid of LMS.TEST.LAB data acquisition and analysis software and the modal test re-sults were validated through modal synthesis and modal assurance method (MAC ),thus providing theoretical basis for frame vibration noise reduction and structural optimization.
