摘 要:采用气质联用仪研究了电化学法处理垃圾渗滤液生化出水中有机物成分的去除特性,并以斑马鱼作为模式动物对处理出水的水质安全性进行了分析。结果表明:电化学氧化对烷烃的去除作用优于对含苯环结构有机物的去除,生化出水中有机污染物是导致斑马鱼急性中毒的主要污染物。这可能是因为在电化学氧化处理过程中生成了氯/次氯酸,又进一步生成了氯代有机物,从而导致斑马鱼在短时间内死亡。The municipal solid waste leachate was treated by electrochemical oxidation.The removal characteristics of organic compounds in the effluent after electrochemical treatment were studied by u-sing gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer (GC-MS)technique.The security of water quality was in-vestigated by using zebrafish as a model animal.Research shows that removal of alkane is better than that of organic compounds containing benzene ring.The experiment of zebrafish acute toxicity indi-cates that organic compounds in the effluent are the main pollutants that cause acute poisoning of ze-brafish.The chloride /hypochlorite were generated during the chemical oxidation process of effluent. The experiment speculates that chlorinated organic pollutants generate during the electrochemical oxi-dation process.They can kill zebrafish within a short period of time.
