摘　　要：云南某矿为铜锌多金属露天开采矿山,存在采矿能力高于选矿能力从而制约企业安全生产和持续发展的问题。结合矿山规划围绕增加选矿产能开展了四选厂技改和三选厂技改两个方案的研究,得出了两个方案技术上均可行,三选厂技改方案在投资、建设周期方面优于四选厂技改方案的结论,为企业管理决策提供了科学的依据和技术支持。The problem of a copper zinc polymetallic open pit mine in Yunnan is that its mining capacity is much higher than processing capacity,which restricts the safety production and the sustainable development of the enterprise.Based on the mine plan and with the concentration on increasing processing capacity,two schemes were worked out on the technical transformation of plant IV and plant III.It turned out that both schemes are technically feasible while the plant III was better in investment and construction period than that of plant IV,which provides the scientific basis and technical support for enterprise management decision.
