浅谈慢性心力衰竭防治中的中医药加载治疗

摘　　要：中医药防治心衰相关证候历史悠久,疗效可鉴。其特点着重对心衰患者的整体调治,并以改善心肾阳气互资为重要治法。在西医药规范治疗心衰的现今,中医药加载治疗对提高心衰防治临床疗效具有十分重要的作用。常用的加载治疗方法包括按心衰不同病期、不同病变部位、不同心功能分级的加载治疗,以及根据不同心衰病因的加载治疗。根据心衰不同病理生理状态下的临床特征确定相应中医证候,进一步形成中医药加载治疗方案,既符合中、西医各自对心衰的认识规律,又在一定层面上互补了中、西医药物单独使用在心衰防治中的缺陷,可使已经接受西医药规范治疗的心衰患者进一步获益。TCM has a long history of treating heart failure related syndromes. It pays attention to the regulation of patients and improving heart and kidney Yang - qi is the important method. In nowadays, TCM therapy has important functions for improving the clinic effect on heart failure. The main therapies include those according to the different phases, different locations and different grading of cardiac functions and those according to different causes. Based on different pathophysiological clinical symptoms, the TCM therapy can be determined,which conforms the understanding of both TCM and Western medicine and supplement disadvantages of each other. It can make patients who has been treated with Western medicine get more benefit.
